Above and beyond. He knows how to handle tough anxious kids. He was able to gain my son's trust which is no small feat. Even though the meds did not work on my quirky kid, we were able to complete his fillings and get everything done. Highly recommend!

In my opinion, Dr. Hathaway was arrogant. He fixed a front tooth chip which I lost and had replaced a few times in the past. The previous replacements were inline with the adjoining tooth, both horizontally and vertically. His replacement was not, had an angle to it and it had a small chip in it. When I gently brought this to his attention, I got push back. I was honestly expecting him to say, "I think we can do better." Given that he is more expensive than other dentists, made me feel like I was at a third world clinic. Subsequently, I found a great dentist, there are a lot around, on Nextdoor.com. I was surprised it was less expensive, the office has a contemporary warmth and the supporting staff is terrific.

Our family has been going to Dr Hathaway's office since we moved to the Treasure Valley in 1995. From our littlest children to my 81 year old father, we have each been treated with sympathetic kindness and excellent dental care. Dr Hathaway is dedicated to making dentistry as comfortable as possible, and his expertise have made and kept our smiles healthy and beautiful for almost 25 years. He and his skilled hygienists, dental assistants and staff treat their patients like family.

I have been with Dr. Hathaway for 25 plus years or ever since I’ve been in Boise. I have always received the best of care. They are very friendly helpful and caring. My son Matthew also was with them until he joined the Navy. He was very thankful that Dr. Hathaway pulled his wisdom teeth. Thank you Dr Hathaway and staff. Melinda has always been my dental hygienist and she has always been great.

For nine years I lived outside of Boise and switched dentists. After five years of, in my mind, poor care I commuted specifically to be back under Dr Hathaway's care. He and his wonderful staff fixed me back up. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Hathaway has been my dentist since i moved to Boise over 20 years ago, and I will probably be a grandma and will be still going to him if he's not retired! It is a happy office, you can tell everyone loves working there and they all have wonderful smiles. I just got my two front teeth replaced and i get compliments all of the time because I smile so much! Thank you Doctor.

Dr. Hathaway has been my dentist for about 20 years! Normally going to the dentist isn't a pleasant experience but Dr. Hathaway and his staff are fantastic. They know their patients well and every visit there is like seeing family. I've always received fantastic care from Dr. Hathaway and am very happy to have such a great dentist.

Beautiful office and great staff! Everyone is super friendly. I have had a few cavities filled and a crown placed by Dr Hathaway and he does a fantastic job! He also removed my wisdom teeth years ago and it was an easy quick surgery. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist!
