I thought courteous doctors with an excellent bedside manner had ceased to exist until Dr. Baird! Not only is he kind and expresses a sincere desire to understand and willingness to help but he is up to date on all modern techniques. A brilliant man who operated me and rid me of a nasty pain that haunted me for 15 years. I know that I will still have some pain due to the fact that I am riddled with degenerative disease but one thing for sure I now walk without pain up to 10 miles. WELL DONE!
