I saw Dr. Argintar for pain in my left shoulder. He spent maybe ten minutes with me, and his demeanor made clear that he wanted to get in, out, and on to the next patient as quickly as possible. He diagnosed my issue as GIRD based on my description of symptoms before he had touched or manipulated the affected area, saying it's common in young men and he had seen several cases of it already that day. I later researched GIRD and found that it is most common in pitchers and others who do a lot of overhand throwing. I'm right-handed and do no overhand throwing with my left arm, none of which Dr. Argintar asked about. A later visit to another orthopedic surgeon didn't clarify what my issue is but did confirm that it isn't GIRD. It seemed that Dr. Argintar was more interested in getting through patients than in meaningfully doctoring. Maybe the reason he had seen so much GIRD that day was a tendency to overdiagnose it. See someone else who cares about taking time and listening to patients.

He is an excellent doctor who performed to surgical procedures on my elbow from two torn muscles accident. He cares the hell about his patients. You seem never to be alone even if you are doing physical. He wants you to follow his advice. You will not be sorry for seeing him. He knows you everywhere you may meet and always have time to say hello and to see how you are doing including surgical area. Fantastic doctor. Just fantastic

My son, a college athlete had a Femoroacetabular impingement in both hips. Dr. Argintar performed surgery on both hips 3 months apart. My son’s surgery, both times was quick, with minimal pain and scaring. His recovery was unbelievably quick and he now have flexibility in both hips which he didn’t before. My son is back playing football on his college team and is very greatful to Dr. Argintar and his team for their work on his hips.

Unfortunately, Dr. Argintar severely understimated my foot injury. As a result, the issue deteriorated for 1 year afterwards. I sought the advice of surgeons from a world-renown hospital in New York and another facility in Baltimore, where in both cases a much more thorough physical exam was performed (which would have added mere 2-3 more minutes of Dr. Argintar time). My case required foot surgery that was done "in the last minute" and luckily prevented fusion of metatarsal bones.

Dr. Argintar is absolutely the BEST doctor , without a doubt. Although his staff has had a few faux pas with my scheduling, with meds, etc, he has offered nothing less than top-notch skill, professionalism, and bed-side manner. I would not hesitate in sending any one of my friends or family to see him. He makes his patients relax and concentrate on getting well.

Dr Argintar is wonderful he did a splendid job on my knee from the first time i met with him and all through the entire process of replacement he explained everything to me and told me what to expect and listened to my concerns and questions, if i had to go thru knee replacement again he would be my choice for surgery, though i hope i dont have to again, but he is the one to go to in order to fix your knees

I had a shoulder problem for years that cortisone shots and PT couldn't fix. Dr. Argintar was quick to diagnose the real problem, and explained my options very clearly. My surgery with him—my fourth overall, and hopefully my last—has been the best overall experience, by far.

I would recommend Dr. Argintar without hesitation to anyone. I fractured two ankle bones and he fixed my ankle and made the whole process bearable. I'm almost saddened that I will not be seeing much of him anymore because I am almost healed. He is one of the best!!!

Though my 1st visit with Dr. Argintar felt rushed, he was able to clearly address my concern with the hip pain I was experiencing and the results of my MRI. I appreciate he didn't push" surgery right away and suggested alternatives to possibly delay. My 2nd visit was much more relaxed. He answered all questions with detail and confidence. Day of, he made me feel relaxed . 6 weeks out, I'm walkling without assistance. Scar is minimal. Great work!

He helped me feel at ease prior to my procedure and what to expect overall. I definitely felt confident in his ability to operate on me. Post-operation and during my initial stage of recovery, he responded to my emails where I had questions or concerns, even on the weekends when I least expected him to reply. I have high hopes that this procedure has and will continue to benefit me in the long run, which matters a lot to me. Thanks, Evan!

My experience with Dr. Argintar has been extremely positive. His ability to educate me about my condition and his careful consultation with me about my options was both important and comforting. Once surgery was decided upon and performed, the outcome could not have been better. I cannot recommend Dr. Argintar more strongly. He is terrific.

I would and have recommended Dr. Argintar to friends and family. Dr. Argintar repaired my torn labrum and a defect in my ball and socket of my shoulder. Since the surgery I have been able to return to rock climbing, feeling much stronger and confident in my joints. Dr. Argintar makes himself available to patients, providing his email address and responding quickly to inquiries.
