Dr. Reese is the kind of doctor I needed when I had to find a new doctor. She is caring, listens to what the patient has to say and doesn't do unnecessary tests just for the sake of testing. I would recommend her to anyone.

My doctor retired. I am 76. This time, I wanted a female Internal Medicine physician. Dr. Reese was highly recommended. As a new patient, I did have to wait to get an appointment, but I found this to be true with other doctors I called as well. Dr. Reese was thorough, answered my questions, and was most pleasant. Her office staff was also very pleasant on the phone and in person. I did lab work as she requested and was called promptly with the results. This is not always the case I have learned in the past. Fortunately, I am healthy for my age, but feel confident that I will continue to get excellent care with Dr. Reese and IMED Health Associates.

Dr. Reese has been my wife's and my primary care physician since we moved to the San Antonio area 8 years ago. We both feel very blessed that we found her. We are both in our 70's and she has taken extremely good care of all our medical needs. She is patient and through is both her diagnoses and communications. She is an extraordinary physician! Importantly, all the specialists she has referred us to have also been stellar.

Dr. Reese is a warm and thoughtful doctor that takes time to explain diagnoses, prognosis, and procedures. Sometimes I feel guilty taking up so much of her time but she never makes me feel rushed or that I'm asking too many questions. I would highly recommend her to any one looking for a knowledgeable and kind doctor.

From the time I called to set up an appointment until I had my visit and walked out the door, I was highly impressed not only with Dr. Reese but the entire staff. Since I was a new patient, having confidence in your new doctor and the staff is extremely critical. I found Dr. Reese to be very personable, easy to talk to and highly competent. She didn't rush through the visit and listened as we talked about my health. I will definitely be keeping IMed and Dr. Reese.

My wife and I feel blessed to have Dr Erin Reese as our primary care physician. She is sincerely concerned for our health and welfare. Dr Reese devotes as much time as she feels needed to our appointments. When advised IMED no longer accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage, my primary insurance, I was asked if I still chose to be seen by Dr Reese. “Absolutely,” I replied.
