I showed up on time for my appointment. I waited in a long check in line. When I was checking in the front told me I may not be able to be seen since I was 7 minutes late for my 10 MINUTE PATIENT APPOINTMENT. I was shocked. 10 min appointment? Late after waiting in a cattle line? . They went back to ask the doctor and I was turned away without being seen. I had seen her once before and it had been cold and brief, but this was over the top! I had to pay for parking to get out of their garag

Have a recurrent yet random skin rash issue so getting in while an outbreak is happening is virtually nonexistent as appointments are booked out for about two weeks to a month. Was told that it was a particular issue at the 1st visit. Treatment did not prevent another outbreak from currently happening again. Via messaging, I was told it was probably something else that she said it wasn't at all at the 1st visit, and of course can't get in for another couple weeks. Very confusing and not helpful.

Both of my children have seen Dr. Moore several times over the past three years. She is kind, easy to talk with, thorough, and professional. Terrific qualities in a doctor and I trust her judgement. I would add that she is one of the few doctors that I have been that has never been late. I appreciate her respect for her patient's time.

I came in to have a skin check as I have a lot of moles. I had not had one before and the process was not explained to me. The whole process was rushed and my questions weren't answered. The doctor hurriedly pulled back my underwear without discussing first. She casually mentioned that she thought I had another condition but said it wasn't serious and did not explain anything about it. She ended up removing a mole and she seemed to preform the procedure well as it healed properly

I too had a bad experience with Dr. Moore and her strict regimen. I drove all the way from Snohomish and left 1hr and 30 minutes from my 10:30 appointment I encountered two accidents on the freeway and my navigation took me to the downtown clinic so I had to make a detour and renavigate I was 7 minutes late and was turned away. I had to drive 35 miles back home to Snohomish without seeing her. I was very sad and disappointed over this. Make sure you realize she has only a 7 minute Window

I wish I could give 0 stars to Dr. Moore; worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I arrived to my appointment about 2 minutes late, due to the parking garage being completely full and waiting in the check-in line. I was checked in and given a form to fill out while I waited. About 10+ minutes later, I was called back up and told that because I had been 2 minutes late Dr. Moore would not see me and I would have to reschedule, the soonest being 5 WEEKS out. Terrible way to treat patients.
