in Spokane, WA |
Would definitely not recommend Dr. Skoog to anyone. I have an eye defect that can only be fixed with eye surgery that he refuses to do. I originally switched to the Spokane Eye Clinic because the other 2 eye doctors that recommended eye surgery weren't covered under my insurance. Another doctor in the office disagrees with his decision and scheduled me to see another doctor in the office.
