He has extensive experience in orthopedic trauma and adult reconstruction and total joint replacement surgery. Dr. Kubiak has published over 100 peer-reviewed scientific articles and book chapters. Outside of work, Dr. Kubiak is an active rock climber and captain of his family's commercial fishing boat in Kodiak, Alaska, but enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with his high school sweetheart and wife and their two children. "
