Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Dorf "I believe every patient deserves the best possible outcome. That's why I obtained the highest possible training for my specialty, going over and beyond what is required of a general orthopaedist. Our staff also goes the extra mile so that you spend more time with me, and less time waiting for me. This allows me to customize a treatment plan that fits the way you want to live, work and play. The best medicine is practiced when doctor and patient connect with each other in a meaningful way."

Breckenridge, CO |
Dr. Dorf did my shoulder surgery and my husbands elbow, both had 100% recovery. Everyone told me that my shoulder would be terrible as far as recovery. I had hardly any pain, and with PT went back to teaching middle school science 2 weeks after (had sub scapular fixed, rotator cuff, and bicep tendon, so it was an open incision). My husbands elbow was very difficult as he had completely torn his tricep tendon, so Dr. Dorf had to fashion a new one with using a donor heal and Achilles tendon.
