Podolsky is one of the most dispassionate, disconnected Doctors I've ever had the displeasure to encounter. Attempted to blame her failure to return 6 calls in a week on the patient. Told my 80 year old mother she had no record of the 6 calls!! Then did nothing to help make up for her phone failure. Ultimately took 80 year old Mom to emergency room following 3 day wait for scheduling of what was originally described as a simple outpatient procedure. Mom was immediately admitted for 3 days to hospital for serious infection and drain installed. A poor staff is a reflection of a poor Dr. who doesn't care about a patient's experience. As an attorney if over 30 years, I have encountered many incompetent doctors but Podolsky is now in the bottom 1%.... save your life and those who you love and steer far clear of this incompetent medical monster!

Dr. Podolsky is a great bariatric surgeon who is professional, caring and has great bedside manners. My bariatric surgery was flawless. I highly recommend her and wonderful support staff: nurse Diane and nutritionist Sam.

The VA sent me to Dr. Podolsky for surgery with Dr. Podolsky on April 23rd. I have had interactions with many doctors during my life and I can tell your that Dr. Podolsky is the best. She is a life saver. I wish all physicians had a bedside manner like hers. She never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions before the procedure. She has an incredible team who works with her. The Delray Medical Center, where I had to procedure, was clean and modern and the staff was incredible. I highly recommend Dr. Podolsky.

Dr Poldolsky intervened just prior to appendix rupturing. She was literally a life saver as she came in on a Sunday to perform the procedure. She was attentive, reassuring and above all professional. I would highly recommend her.

I highly recommend this surgeon. She did the emergency consult and was prompt in responding. She did a great job with my husband’s emergency gallbladder surgery and also stitches are small and neat. She is well spoken and had a kind beside manner explaining the procedure and instructions before and after the surgery to my husband and myself.

Dr. Podolsky performed a hernia operation robotically. In pre-op, she said she’d examine other side in OR. I agreed to surgical intervention if necessary. She neglected to have me sign the required consent. In the middle of surgery the surgical OR nurse frightened my wife by calling her to sign consent form. Then, received no follow-up call post-surgery. Returned to Dr. Podolsky two times due to continued pain. She ordered ultrasound. Never even returned call about results!

NIGHTMARE surgical experience for a simple Cholecystectomy. Resulted in surgical error and major complications causing multiple invasive procedures and chronic pain, following the ‘accidental’ nick of an ancillary duct.
She offered no follow through following the surgery, deferring to a Surgical partner. Continue to deal with after effects of surgery complications. No clear cut plan of treatment.
Would never refer to family of friends.

About a week ago, I entered the ER at Delray Medical Hospital. I was told that I needed emergency Surgery for an incarcerated inguinal hernia. Not having the time to look for a surgeon, this young woman came into my room and told me that she was going to do the surgery. To make a long story short, she did an outstanding job and I found her to be an exceptional Doctor as well as a caring person

She is pleasant, personable, friendly, spends as much time as needed/desired, very professional and my appointments were on time. More importantly, my surgery was a wonderful surprise. She repaired an inguinal hernia, my fourth. The first three were nasty, painful and real ugly with bad, long lasting side effects. After her procedure I had no pain. I was just a little sore for a couple of days when I walked. When staying still, I felt nothing. I had no side effects and a rapid recovery.
