Hello. This is Eric, the Office Manager. I'm sorry to hear about your unfavorable experience. Our providers sometimes see upwards of 45 people per day, so this explains why your counselor may have forgotten whether or not she spoke with you. As for the Doctor, the tremors you're describing are the result of a condition called congenital nystagmus, a symptom of which is involuntary eye/head movement. As for the arrogance, He gets along well with patients who comply with the treatment regimen.

Great doctor, actually cares about you and will listen to your problems also his wife that works there is a very nice lady, overall great place highly recommend.
