Started on time, very friendly and down to earth. Quickly sized up my situation and confirmed what I was hoping (that surgery wasn't needed). Recommended physical therapy as an option, and provided some recommendations. Highly recommend Dr. Millstein to anyone in need of help with a shoulder injury.

My son and my husband have had knee surgery with Dr Millstein. They both had great results. I have a problem with my rotator cuff and knew that by calling Dr Millstein I would be in good hands. Not only is he a great surgeon but he is also very easy to talk to. I give him 5 stars without doubt.

Dr. Millstein is a very caring doctor. I LOVE him and even when he does not take my insurance anymore (I switch insurances) I prefer to pay out of pocket. He does NOT push you to have a surgery or to have any special treatment if you dont need it. I trust him and highly recommend him :)

You can trust Dr Millstein, He is very open and easy to talk to. He takes his time to listen to you and doesn't make you take x-ray or MRI if you don't need to. I felt relieved after my meeting with him, I knew I was in good hands. His staff is very pleasant and called me right back after I tried to reach them.

Dr. Millstein actually saw me during the epidemic. I took a bad fall and I have to have surgery on a nasty tear in my rotator cuff. He made a special appointment to see me in his office, and went out of his way to make a special appointment for me to have surgery on my shoulder. He was concerned that I would lose function in the shoulder, so he is arranging surgery for me out of the hospital. I am so very grateful. He has an excellent reputation among other doctors that I see. His office staff is also wonderful.

Dr. Millstein was very kind and respectful of my grandmother's needs. She speaks with very broken English, but he addressed her and spoke directly to her and ensured he answered each one of her questions. Dr. Millstein was quite knowledgeable and walked us through multiple courses of action ranging from conservative to surgical.

I went to see this doctor because of his great reviews and I wanted to get a second opinion. He didn’t disappoint. He was kind and agreed with me not wanting meniscus repair surgery as my previous doctor recommended. He wasn’t trying to make money off of me and I appreciate that.
