Extremely bad, he "performed a RF ablation which accomplished nothing and then gave me "some exercises to do" which was an indication that he did not really understand the problem.

I am a nurse and developed arthritis in my l hip. The pain got so bad it was affecting my ability to do my job. I had always heard of how bad arthritis pain can be but was completely shocked at how much pain I was having and how much referred pain had developed. I was seen and treated by Dr Miller and his wonderful staff. They are awesome. Dr Miller is very professional and competent. He explained everything thoroughly, and I was taken care of well, on time, and no problems. I felt no pain during the procedure. I recommend anyone needing a competent, kind, understanding physician to help them get back to a normal life.

Dr Eric Miller is personable but also professional. He is concerned what is going on in your life so he can help manage your pain on an individual basis. I have been seeing him for many years and he has never questioned my pain or type of pain. He is always willing to help manage my pain and works with me to find ways of bettering my life.

I am so grateful to have found Doctor Miller. He is understanding and he's not judgemental and you feel comfortable with him immediately. His staff is wonderful too. He has managed my pain better than anyone I've seen in the past. I highly recommend him!

I have been seeing Dr Miller for quite some time now, his children were very little and his associate Dr Payne is actually who I started with in the office. I could've walked away from the office at the beginning when one of the staff members shredded all my records I brought in for him to review. That person wss no longer working there when I came back for my comprehensive appointment. I am so glad I did, because I have had the best care from Dr Miller. I don't write many reviews, so the reason I am writing this one is to address some of the negatives that I am reading. First Dr Miller is a pain specialist, in the way of getting a patient out of pain. Usually patients that come to see him already have a diagnosis from a orthopedic or primary care physician. Second, he is a doctor that believes in being cautious with prescribing medication. Example my VA doctor wanted to put me on really strong opioids and I refused them due to their addictive properties, Dr Miller agreed. Forever pat

I have been a patient of Dr Miller since 2010. He is hands down the greatest doctor for managing my pain that I actually drive from Caldwell TX to New Braunfels TX. I make a 5 hour round trip to see him whenever I need help or my pain gets completely unbearable. One thing is every patient needs to understand is that, not all of the options that have worked for my spinal disease will work necessarily for another patient. If the girls are a little short on the phone or even in person, which rarely happens, remember they are dealing with around 50 patients a day that are in excruciating pain, so have some patience and tolerance and maybe even give them a smile. You would be surprised how far a smile goes and even though I have gone in crying from pain in my back, I still try to manage a little smile.

Dr Miller is very caring. He takes the time to listen to my symptoms, and how they affect my daily living. He kindly answers any questions I have. He then puts together a treatment plan, and makes sure I am well informed about it. His staff is phenomenal...all are very nice, and very helpful, especially with the difficulties with my insurance company.

I see Michelle the NP in the practice. My experience with Michelle has always been a positive one. I've also had interaction with staff members Olivia(Seguin office), Jasmine, and Lori. They are always very nice and helpful. Overall I am very satisfied with the care and attention I receive in this practice and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

His office was extremely nice, compassionate, and didn’t leave us waiting. Dr Miller was very thorough, and kind. They were able to get an immediate pre-auth from my insurance, so we could proceed with injection at my appt (rather than wait). I would highly recommend Dr Miller. I went to his SA location

Dr. Miller is an extremely intelligent physician. He explains the conditions, symptoms, and diagnosis very well. He treated and relieved thoracic back pain that four other doctors could not diagnose or explain for 8 months! The staff is friendly and professional. I am very thankful to have met Dr. Miller and his dedicated staff.

Dr. Miller has been great! I got my 1st injection in my lower back and he made it bearable! Talked me thru it! He listened to me and answered all of my questions. I'm starting to feel the instant gratification. The awesome staff and NP is icing on the cake! They are all nice! Go visit Dr. Miller! You will be in great hands.
