Dr. Eric Lee, MD

He began his post-graduate training with an internship at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine's Department of Medicine, followed by a residency with the Mayo Clinic Department of Ophthalmology. He completed his fellowship in Vitreoretinal Diseases and Surgery at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at the UCLA School of Medicine, where he received the Abe Meyer Memorial Fellow Award. Dr. Lee is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is licensed in the states of California, Maryland and Virginia and in the District of Columbia. Horrific wait times - 3 and 1/2 hours to get in the exam room - that's just plain wrong. Excuse was new computer system. NOT a valid excuse - shut down, train and the reopen. OR conversely, don't book so many patients if you know it will create wait times of more than 1 hour. I think Dr Lee is a very competent person but his staff is somewhat unprofessional - lots of personal discussions going on at the front desk for ALL to hear. Laughing and cutting up, like teenagers.
