My problem is not with Dr. Heller. My problem is that on several occasions now I left messages to be called about issues and do not get return calls. I recently left 5 messages and was promised a call back and I am still waiting. It is a billing question where they billed my husband for a visit he never made. Dr. Heller is fine but I can't deal with his staff.

Dr. Heller is brilliant, life saving and cutting edge. He treats everyone with respect and is one of the best diagnostician (if not THE best diagnostician) I have met. He is also a highly skilled intervention specialist and up to date on all of the latest advancements; in addition, his follow up to detail is unparalleled. In this age of modern medicine, Dr. Heller is a rarity and I am so glad I met him. Thank you Dr. Heller for LITERALLY saving my husband's life.

We were looking for a cardiologist for my 94 year old uncle, who was suffering from shortness of breath, chest pains and general weakness. My friend strongly recommended Dr. Eric Heller. Dr. Heller managed to see him the same day. The next morning he performed on him a procedure in the hospital. Within 48 hours my uncle felt better and within a week , he became active. This was about a year ago , and my uncle is still going strong. He's under Dr. Heller 's supervision and feels great. I strongly recommend Dr. Eric Heller for anybody that has cardiac problems.

Dr. Heller's abilities as an intervention specialist and wonderful cardiologist is matched only by his kindness and calm demeanor. He is abreast of the latest developments in the field of cardiology and Dr. Heller's skills literally saved my husband's life. Although he is not an alarmist, Dr. Heller identified a problem that needed immediate action and performed the cutting edge procedure. In addition, he provided me with his cell number and was accessible any time; he also called me several times to keep me updated, something very few (if any) other doctors would take time to do. Dr. Heller was recommended by our previous cardiologists who were affiliated with St. Francis Heart Hospital in Long Island, NY.

Dr. Eric Heller, MD Cardiologist - UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL, BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL. At 4 pm I texted Dr. Heller complaining of chest pain. He responded I should call his office so he can "get me in". I called and no one answered so I texted Dr. Heller to have someone call me which they did within 5 minutes. The girl said I should come over before 4:45 because Dr. Heller would be leaving. I told her I'd be there before 5 since I couldn't guarantee the traffic. I told her to make sure the doctor waited for me. She said OK. I left at 4:25 and texted Dr. Heller I was on my way. When I got to Jog and Linton, I texted Dr. Heller that I was 5 minutes away. At 4:48 I was in the parking lot and Dr. Heller's office called to say "he couldn't see me today". I explained I was in the parking lot and was told it was the end of the day and he couldn't see me. What kind of doctor has a patient race over to his office complaining of chest pain and doesn't wait to see him....a Doctor who doesn't give a

I can’t even place 1 star on my review, terrible bedside manner, no comunication with patient and staff about what diagnosing a condition, only interested on his vacation time, no compassion and empathy for patients and family members. He took a week to deliver a prescription to the insurance for aproval of a catheterism procedure with a patient having heart failure. After over one week in hospital the defribilayor vest wasn’t ready so patient could not be released. Incompetent is whatvit is.
