I don't know who I talked to at this group practice, but after I described my symptoms for a sore muscle, they said, “we can’t help you.” Then I asked, “Who can?” They said, “Max Testa is the only possibility in this state.” Good advice, and no charge. BTW: Erik Heiden is one of the most all time decorated Olympians.

I waded into the Middle Provo before sunrise, cast once, and felt like someone hit the outside of my left ankle with a hammer. I looked down. Nothing in sight. I waded/fished until 11 but the pain didn't quit. Back at the car, wading boots and waders off, I rubbed my left ankle and a tendon slipped off the fibula bump back into the notch below. Pain gone! But the tendon wouldn't stay put. I called for an appointment with Dr. Dickerson and the next day I was gingerly making my way across his office parking lot, trying to prevent the tendon from popping back onto my fibula. Fifteen days later surgery with Dr. Dickerson repaired my peroneal tendon subluxation, tightened loose ligaments, and strapped the front of my fibula to the talus. I had four follow up visits (5 days, a week, two weeks, & two weeks apart). Those were well timed: my ankle improved markedly by each visit. My $6.07/day boot broke as I put it back on: "Looks like you're done with that, throw it away." Awesome, end to end!

If I could give a zero star I would. He told my sister that he would bet his expensive car there’s nothing wrong with her knee. Like who says that. That’s not how a doctor should behave. Words can not express how upset I am. This is unexceptionable behavior not only as a doctor but a human being.

He did nothing. Didn't even examine my knee nor take x-rays. I asked him at the end for a MRI. That was 3 months ago and I haven't heard from him since.

Dr. Heiden evaluated a broken clavicle and recommended resting the arm in a sling, follow up in 10-14 days. A week later I got a 2nd opinion at another Orthopedic surgeon who recommended surgery (break was in distal third with significant clavicle displacement). I highly recommend getting a 2nd opinion.

We could not have asked for a better Doctor than Dr. Heiden. He performed surgery on our son in 2017 following a complete tear of his ACL during a sporting event. We could have not been happier with the outcome. Our son is well on his way to recovery and looking forward to competing in his upcoming spring sport. Dr. Heiden, Amy, and Sabrina (Physical Therapists at Heiden Ortho.) have been nothing short of amazing.

Injured on the slopes in Canyons, and as a Physician working in the U.K., I could not have asked for better care from Dr Heiden and his team. I fractured tibia and fibula, had surgery within 4 hours of accident and within 48 hours only required Tylenol for pain relief. Thank you.

A little late for my survey. Had Rotator Cuff surgery performed by Dr.Eric Heiden in 2009. Surgery went well and rehab program provided was excellent. My shoulder is 100% with full range of motion and strength as originally. It's almost bionic now. The Chicago Cubs should consider signing me as one of their starting pitchers... Dr. Heiden a champ before and now with gifted hands, talent and dedication to patients.
