Extremely professional. Takes time to listen and makes you feel very comfortable. Also has the best staff backing him up. Some offices take days or weeks to get back to the patient whereas this team is on their game and are quick to get things handled.

Dr Diner is an intelligent, articulate man who is able to see "the whole picture"when it comes to your diagnosis. He is willing to listen and discuss the best option for your treatment. I recently had a prostate biopsy, and he made an unpleasant experience bearable.Even with the pandemic going on,Dr Diner is focused on his patients and their well being. If you educate yourself about your condition before your visit, this will help choose the right path for you

I would not recommend this provider to anyone! His failure to diagnose, his lies and his uncaring attitude are beyond belief. I am not a doctor but I correctly diagnosed myself. Dr. Diner is not stupid so I can only surmise that he did this on purpose. He should be charged with extreme negligence, failure to diagnose and depraved indifference should his negligence result in my death.

I went to him with pain in the kidney area, my primary care referred me, and was given a kidney stone diagnosis. Dr. Diner supposedly treated me (to the tune of $3,000), but the procedure was unsuccessful. At the follow up, I said I still have pain so another test was done, again confirming stones (and the fact that the treatment did not work), and he said he doesn't think there is anything that needs to be done. The CT scan after the procedure shows I have a kidney stone, and the radiologist interpretation ALSO says I have a stone. I am in pain, you found a problem, unsuccessfully "fixed" it, and now I am out of luck. Absolutely the worst experience I have had. His secretary/nurse , Kristi, is VERY rude every time I talk to her. She clearly hates her job and the patients. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You will end up at another doctor like me after spending thousands of dollars and months of aggravation.

Had first office visit 2 years ago. Much friendlier than my previous Urologist. Been seeing Dr Diner on and off, when needed for prostate. Now, had recent Plasm Button prostate this past Thursday 6/6/19 - I m retired medical professional, understood what was to be done. Surgery went perfectly and he was very nice and explained all. Surgery went well and I have no complaints, this surgeon is the tops in my book. Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He sits down and discusses options on how he can help you. My surgery this past Thursday was a breeze, the worse was the garden hose catheter for 4 days. LOL. The office staff is THE best and you will be completely satisfied with the care from this medical group. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Look no further, you found a great practitioner and a caring, compassionate man in Dr Diner.

Had a consultation with Diner. went fine but was ordered several lab tests and was told would have a follow-up. 1 month later I hadn't heard anything. I called 6 times and they seemed to be unable to find the lab tests. I even had to send some of them to Diner's office myself. By the time they finally got the tests, I was told that the Dr was on vacation and would get a call next week. That was almost a month ago and I've called 2 more times with no call back. Very unorganized and poor followup

I am a 69 yo male. Saw Dr. Diner for kidney cancer. My primary care urologist could only scertain the tumor's size and not it's exact location or degree of involvement. When Dr. Diner saw the MRI, he came to me in pre-op and said that the tumor was completely involved and that I would lose the entire kidney. I told him I was praying for him and I was praying for me. Robotic surgery was 5 1/2 hour. When he came to me in recovery, he told me I had my whole kidney. I think he's fantastic.

My primary care doctor sent me to see Dr. Diner a few months ago. I am a healthy man of 80 years of age. Dr. Diner told me he didn't want to see me again because I was too old. Unbelievable. Men of 95 years of age and beyond still need to see a Urologist. After examining me, he said he would see me one more time. I didn't go back. If you are over 65, you might want to find another doctor who won't dismiss you like you are of no value.

Dr Diner made a very unpleasant situation as pleasant as possible. He completely explained what was wrong with me ( Large Kidney Stone) and how he planned on treating it. After the surgery he came to my room at the hospital twice over a 2 day period the first time the first night of my stay both to check on me and to explain what he did and what I could expect over the next few days. I had a 2nd visit with him at his office to remove a stint, he was very pleasant. He is a true professional.

Dr Diner with my surgeon in 2013 for Kidney Cancer. He was kind, helpful, amazing bedside manner and never once did I feel like I was being rushed with after care or follow ups. His staff was always courteous, his office spotless and every attention to detail was met. I would highly recommend Dr Diner for many reasons. Not only was he a fantastic surgeon but he was one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever met.
