Eric G. Cornidez, MD received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine. He completed his surgical internship at the University of Arizona and his Anesthesia Residency and Pain Management Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Cornidez has made numerous presentations related to chronic pain and treatment options and has lectured on many topics including: SCS, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Sympathetic Blocks, Post-Herpetic Neuralgias, and Neuropathy. His particular medical interests include Neuromodulation and Rhizotomies. Dr. Cornidez is actively involved with several professional organizations, including the Arizona Society of Anesthesiologists, Arizona Medical Association, and the American Pain Society.
