All staff from the receptionist, to techs, to Dr. Arp consistently treat patients with a professional, caring, friendly attitude and manner following Covid 19 restrictions as best they can in this medical office. If another painful foot condition occurs, I would confidently return to Arp Foot Clinic for treatment. Also, my husband and I greatly appreciate having a facility in Harrison instead of driving to Mountain Home like my friends who loved Dr. Arp in the past. Thank you, Dr. Arp, for providing this medical facility and knowledgeable, professional, caring treatment and staff for the people of our community always with a kind, sweet spirit. I also appreciated that it saddens him that family is not allowed to attend the patient's visit with them. My husband and I prefer to be with each other for medical treatment. Dr. Arp said he likes to meet the family members, but not allowed to according to the CDC restrictions. That impressed me.

My visit at Dr Arp is always awesome. Office help is very helpful and nice. He has operated on both my feet and I'm so proud of them. Circulation is so much better and it's taken away my restless feet. Thank you Dr Arp God bless you and your staff.

Dr. Arp was efficient and gave complete details of the procedure he was going to do. The surgery was a couple of months in healing but the results are fantastic. Thank you so much for your care and compassion!

Re-building my arch went smoothly and effectively, especially given that the surgery happened at the onset of the Wuhan virus in 2020. Though the lock-down conditions following the virus outbreak did impact some recovery options, Dr. Arp's office soon found ways to work within the guidelines in providing post-operative care. It is now 3.5 months since the surgery and my recovering is proceeding well, with full return of mobility expected.

Having been a patient of Dr. Arp for many years I feel very honest saying that he has done miracles with my misshapen feet. My husband and I were discussing getting wheelchairs and ramps when I found Dr. Arp. I now walk anywhere and am a regular patient for general diabetic foot care. We honestly love him and his staff.

I have had bunions since I was in grade school. They have gotten progressively worse as the years have gone by. Five years ago I was told I had no option except surgery (by a doctor in Missouri). When Dr. Arp opened a new office in Harrison, I immediately made an appointment to discuss surgery. It has been so great having Dr. Arp in town and now have the surgery on both feet behind me. I am excited about my future of no bunions! Thank you Dr. Arp and your team!!!!!

Dr Arp was very informative on my foot condition. I was one step away from a wheel chair. He reconstructed my right foot due to severe flat feet and pain. Two years later he reconstructed my left foot. He changed my life. I will recommend Dr Arp to everyone.

When I went to see Dr. arp with foot pain he put his finger right on the spot where I had pain and he knew exactly what it was. I hesitated to go for surgery so wore a brace and had a couple of injections to try to avoid it to no avail. In November I went for surgery, and just went into a shoe with orthotic. I have no pain now but still healing. Thru it all I found Dr. ARP and his Assistants Competent, Knowledgeable & Professional, while still being Companionate and Caring. He and his Assistants took all the time I needed to address any Questions or concerns I had. I Highly Recommend Dr. ARP and would have him take care of any foot issues i might have again.

After a year and a half of severe pain and seeing several doctors, Dr. Arp was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my feet. He was straight forward and I liked that. On May 23, 2019, I had surgery on my left foot and I was very happy with the result. I had surgery on my right foot on November 21, 2019 and I feel like I have 2 new feet. I am still in the process of healing but I am amazed at what he has done to help me. Dr. Arp and his staff are welcoming, helpful and very thoughtful. I rarely have to wait very long to see the nurse or the doctor. Dr. Arp travels to become educated in his field. I highly recommend Dr. Arp and his staff.

Possibly a competent practitioner but my impression is he has a 'churn and burn' practice of overbooking and making patients wait. I have never waited less than 45 minutes in the five times I have been in his office. Exam time was minimal and attempt at clarification when problems arose were not successful. I have filed a formal complaint with the Arkansas Board of Podiatry. I do not take my formal complaint lightly but I certainly think he as earned it. suggestion is to avoid

I was recently released from Dr. Arp's care. I had a fairly large cyst removed from the bottom of my foot, thank goodness the results were good and the cyst was benign. During surgery Dr. Arp also corrected my hammer toe problem that i had dealt with for years. I still have some swelling, Dr. Arp said that would take a little more time. I didn't know that foot surgery was so intense, but the final results are good and I am now able to wear my shoes again. I sincerely hope that I don't have any future foot problems, but if I do I will be seeing Dr. Arp and his staff, they were just great. Thank You Dr. Arp, I highly recommend you if anyone has foot issues.
