I had cataract surgery here. The doctors are great. The office staff are rude especially when they make errors. The billing office is incompetent, paid for a service and was billed for it again. I left message about it that went unanswered, called back, and they were rude about their error. I am finding a new doctor.

Outstanding experience! The professionalism of the staff and knowledge of the staff are second to none. From the open house to the evaluation to the surgery, they were extremely patient and took the time to sneer every question I had and educated me on the entire process. My wife couldn’t believe how smooth things went and how quickly the surgery was when she drove me. I’ve recommended them to several friends and family members and will continue to recommend them to anyone considering laser correction surgery. You made the experience so positive and seem less, it made me question why I waited so long to have this done. Thank you!!

I always check the worst ratings first to see what people disliked. To complain about the time you wait is hysterical. Things come up people are not robots. If you’re going to cry about waiting for your turn you need to get over yourself. The paperwork says plan for 2 hours. As for my experience from the open house to the actual surgery and checkups I seen a different person every single time each and every one that I spoke with was extremely nice and friendly. Dr. Atwal stopped and answered my questions. I highly recommend Atwal for anyone looking into Lasik.

From the first consult to the day of the surgery, everyone was professional and explained the whole lasik process. Dr atwal was personable and the procedure was as described. I should have had the procedure done years ago. I highly recommend the Atwal team.

Waiting time for surgery is unacceptable. A two hour wait the first eye and the second eye was not much better. I would definitely warn people who were thinking of coming here to pack a lunch.

I had lasik done yesterday. My whole experience was fantastic - today my vision tested at 20/20 at my follow up (follow up is standard next day - quick in and out). Everyone in the office was courteous and helpful and tender in their individualized treatment and assistance. Lynn made me feel at ease before and after my procedure and I couldn’t see the staff during - but Dr. Atwal and the assisting staff made the whole experience nothing short of miraculous to me.

I think he was the one that did the surgery, he never introduced himself the day of surgery. Just walked in the room sat down at the machine and started.
