Alden, NY |
So disappointed with appt. Dr was abrupt & condescending with an unpleasant attitude. Cold bedside manner. Lack of empathy. Does not listen to patient's concerns. Felt rushed. Very arrogant. Felt like a number rather than a patient.

she was very caring and listened to what i had to say.i had a very bad panic/anxiety attack and could not do surgery and when i seen her at follow up appointment i thought she'd be upset with me but just the opposite. she listened to my problems and we set up a plan to get my anxiety under control and get back to having my knee surgery.i highly recommend her
Rochester, NY |
She was very abrupt and did not have any rapport. She did not seem to have knowledge of my background/medical history and acted like I was a waste of her time. I felt like a number and not a person.
