Dr Pinzon and staff are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Pinzon discussed procedures in detail to help me understand and gave me different options to relieve my pain. I have seen him twice over several years. His procedures are very effective and for me they were long lasting. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs an alternative or adjunct to pain medication for their back pain.

I've been a patient of Pinzon for a few years now and although he is very different than other doctors with his bedside manner, he is great at what he does. I had a spinal cord stimulator a couple of years ago that didn't work out very well, but Dr Pinzon has not given up on trying to minimize my pain. I seen a couple of drs for my back pain before Pinzon and he's the one that took the time to do the necessary tests to find the cause of my pain. Michelle does her best in getting the insurance approvals as quickly as possible and gets the procedures scheduled rather quickly as well. She works with the patients schedule based on their needs. Thank you for not giving up on trying to treat my chronic pain.

For the last few weeks I've seen Dr. Pinzon. He has relieved alot of pain through procedures. He is thorough with explanations and testing. He seems genuinely concerned about my problems and is very personable. A doctor I can speak honestly with. I would recommend Dr. Pinzon if you are suffering from neck pain and lower back pain. Although, the office setting could be more organized, I do feel like Dr. Pinzon and his nurse genuinely care about helping me relieve the pain I have.

Dr Pinzon does a very good technical job. I have a problem with the communication aspect of the practice. Both his nurse manager and himself could use better communication skills, bed side manner and comfort the patients. It doesn’t take much effort to do that! Be prepared to wait long never been taken on time. If you are okay with all that mentioned and only care about the fact that your procedures will go well and work then go for it. I want both compassion and communication that makes sense as well as good medical care!

Fantastic!! I can only speak for myself, but Dr. Pinzon and his staff have changed my life for the better. I was at a loss due to the infrastructure of the insurance/medical dance. No one seemed to care or willing to help. I have been relieved of pain that has tortured me for almost two years due to a vehicle accident. Thanks again Dr. Pinzon!!

Never again. He and staff are ill prepared and show no signs of caring for patients. If you have a procedure scheduled, expect errors and delays for several hours. If a complication arises before the procedure is done, prepare to be on your own.

I would never recommend anyone to this man. He was so rude and 2 HOURS LATE for appointment. Either schedule less patients or hire another doctor—hopefully one with better bedside manners. He did not explain what he was doing and did not quit talking long enough to listen to patient concerns. Will never go back.

He’s does not let you speak and he pushes surgery surgery surgery. I had 6+ procedures and was so jacked up with steroids I felt like I needed to be peeled off the ceiling I was so nervous. When I try to ask questions he cuts me off. After I went thru him deadening the nerves in my back I never returned. If I can’t speak and be listened to by my doctor then to me it seems he has an I don’t care what you have to say attitude. I never will return to him.

Horrible experience. Ask to do injections before even proceeding to do x-rays or MRI's. Still have not had X-rays repeated. MRI's we're only performed on my cervical & lumbar areas because I was told by 1 person in the office they had retrieved my former x-rays showing DDD in all areas, but then told by another they do not show any former x-rays on file. I Obtained a copy of my own former x-rays & MRI's which show DDD, stenosis & perineural cyst, which still have not been revaluated by this Dr.

He's always in a rush, very difficult to understand and so is his staff. Late for all surgical procedures. Won't listen. Insisted I have procedures done and take steroids even when I told him they were making things worse. He thinks way too much of himself. My PCP is now having to "fix" the problems he has caused. Not going back.

As a patient of 4 yrs. His staff is prompt, courteous and professional. They are relentlessly persistent in cutting through the "red tape" with insurance companies in order to expedite your treatment with Dr Pinzon. He is always professional and shows true compassion for his patients. I have bulging discs, spondylosis, stenosis. His care allows me to live an active life, work, scuba dive, exercise and go through life with minimal pain and without the use of narcotic pain meds. SUPERB Care!

I am 36 years old and have had several Physical Medicine doctors. Since I was 19 I have had 3 ruptured disc along with lots of joint problems. I can tell you if you are looking for a doctor to tell you what you want to hear do not look at him. He and his team are great. They provide a great service with great results to increase your quality of life. I have seen him almost a year I would highly recommend him. I have had several procedures done with good outcomes improved condition no infections.
