Lost another 2 patients yesterday. My time is way more valuable than sitting in an office waiting room in December and January for an hour waiting for an appt. Decembers appt cancelled by the office and I wasn't called. January appt I was called at 8:00 a.m. and asked to come in earlier (which...Read More

Skin cancer can show up anywhere- even places that have never seen the sun, and I have a history of skin cancer...Read More

We arrived home from vacation at 3:00am but still made arrangements to get our daughter to Dr. Frankel in keeping our appointment. When arriving we learned Dr. Frankel was not in the office! No phone call pre-notifying us, waited 2hrs to finally be seen by another. Rude, rude, rude office staff....Read More

I would never recommend Dr. Frankel to anyone. I went to her for almost a year and was told my fingernail growth was normal and to give it time to grow out. As a nurse I wasn't convinced. One visit with another derm office and was diagnosed with a fungal infection and given medication to treat it....Read More
