Bethlehem, PA |
Unfortunately I had been a long time patient of Dr. Fields. I complained constantly of not feeling well. Labs were run but I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I decided to go to another hospital outside of the LV. I was diagnosed in 2 visits with a rare autoimmune disease. I am on various meds, but was told by my current Drs. that I am years behind treatment for this disease.

I have been her patient since 1991, she is an excellent doctor. I can honestly recommend her !!!!!
Easton, PA |
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. After waiting 2 hours to see her she came in and didn't even apologize for the wait. I suffer from chronic pain and have tried everything she has suggested and its not working. She told me well there nothing else i can do for you. She was so cold, showed no compassion or empathy for my situation. I broke down and cried after the exam and felt so defeated i sat in my car another 15 min in pain and cried about what i just experienced. SOY

I would give her a zero if i could. She has no bedside manner and will not accept any outside research. She made me cry and makes you wait for 2 hours past your appointment time.

I wasn't quite sure if my first visit after reading some of theses reviews, after I had seen her the second time I really appreciated her knowledge and time that you had spent with me I think Dr Feilds it's a wonderful excellent doctor I would recommend her to anyone. Ann Marie
Horrible bedside manners but knowledgeable. Not cooperative with patients concerns or wishes. Her way or nothing. Always very long wait

Stay away. After being misdiagnosed for 2 years at this practice, I lost two digits on left dominant hand, plus almost lost my thumb on same hand. Plaque deposit in upper arm showering small plaque particles into small blood vessels in left hand was causing blockage which was diagnosed by University of Penn on first visit. Damage already done as plaque collected in small hand blood vessels for two years. I am still doctoring with Penn. Very disappointed with Dr. Field's care.

I had my 1st visit and all seemed ok afyer an HOUR OF WAITING,but i accidentally missed my appt by 10 minites, her receptionist called, chastized me and told me I couldnt be seen there again... Smh

The past few times I've went for my appointments, Dr. Field was rude and talked in an uncomfortable tone. Not sure how she's still in business with such a negative attitude towards people.

This Dr. should just retire. She obviously doesn't like working with people, and she has appointments scheduled so close together that the wait times are 1-2 hours long at times. I've had to sit in the waiting room for almost 2 hours one day before cancelling because I had to pick up my daughter at school. Dr. Field never made me feel comfortable, and it was obvious that she held herself in a much higher regard than she did me. I eventually found an excellent Dr who cares.
in Macungie, PA |
She is the most knowledgable rheumatologist in the Lehigh Valley. She is passionate about her field and her patients. I have been her care for SLE for over 7 years and she is worth the wait room time.
in Saylorsburg, PA |
I was apprehensive about my first visit due to some of the comments I read on this site. I could not have been more pleased with Dr Fields. I waited in the waiting room for 5 minutes after my apt time, and another 15 minutes in the examining room. She was professional, pleasant, thorough, caring and clearly a great diagnostician. She spent an hour in the exam room with me taking a history, reviewing my records and examining me. She explained our course of action and answered all my questions.
