Every time I go I’m always taken care of professionally and efficiently. You can tell Dr. Cook loves her profession in the way she takes her time to examine and evaluate your issues. In EVERY office there’s a wait time so if they’re running behind I’m more than happy to wait because when it’s your turn she acts like I’m the only patient of the day! I'm sorry others had a bad experience but maybe they should reflect on how they were acting towards the staff and doctor; you get what you give!

Dr. Cook is an excellent dermatologist and I am so thankful she is here on Maui. She's removed hundreds of tiny bumps on my face called milia, patiently, about 40 per monthly visit over the last year. I had those things for over 10 years and no other dermatologist or skin care product helped. Dr. Cook takes the time to listen to her patients and explains things as she does procedures. Her office staff is also amazing. There is hardly a wait time.

After making an appointment and showing up for a simple small mole, Dr. Cook told me she didn't have time for me. She was in a hurry to do a surgery and only spent 2 minutes removing the mole, then just about chased me out the door. I initially wanted to have 2 small moles removed, but the price was so high I decided to only have one done. Even then the price was ridiculous for just one, $325. I am never going back! Dr. Cook behaved very unprofessionally and cold. Best go elsewhere.

Dr. Cook provided me insightful information about my skin condition. She thoroughly explained my upcoming procedure which eased my anxiety. She and her staff have always been welcoming each time I return for my follow up visits. I've recommended her to friends, family and co-workers. I look forward to seeing her soon!

She's straightforward and gets to her diagnosis within 10 seconds. Then explains your options. I believe her personality can come off as cold, since she's not there to make friends. If you ask more questions to your options she says to make another appt since she's on a tight schedule. Very disappointed with her lack of explanations and her handling of patient diagnosis. When you come to see a dermatologist with a serious unknown skin condition I expect a empathetic bedside manner.

Cook was cold, did not listen to my questions or concerns. Upon asking questions, her response was, I have already given you my opinion. I'm not going to go around and around with you. I was literally asking questions about the information she provided to decide which treatment option I wanted to go with. I have worked in customer service my entire life and if I were rating the customer service here they would have all failed-from reception to the nurse, the assistant, and the dermatologist
