Extremely unprofessional and discourteous. She was the on call Pediatrician and prioritized going to church over the health and wellness of her patients. It took her 3 hours to return the two pages sent to her regarding my child. Her response was that she was at church and when I questioned why it took so long to get back to me she retorted that " I didn't call you for that." She didn't even have the decency to try and assess the issue with my child even though she could her her screaming in the background as we waited in the ER. I do not recommend her. This was my first encounter with her and hopefully my last. Utterly disrespectful.

Good Doctor, but horrible office (dirty, tiny with people packed in, not child friendly despite being a pediatrician) and even worse admin staff. The office staff tells you one thing, then the next day swears they didn't and that they "can't", then on the next visit a different staff member can do it "as a favor." So in other words, they do what they want depending on who is working and who they like that day. No doctors office should treat patients unfairly or in a biased manner. If this doctor controlled/replaced her office staff then I could get past the tiny office she is otherwise a good doctor with a great bedside manner for kids.

I’ve been bringing my 10 year old here since he was 2 and I had a baby girl and she now goes here too . Elizabeth is the best pediatrician ever. Although I do wish for her to have a bigger place to better serve her patience she’s still amazing

Dr. Yakubu is truly one of the best. She was my provider for all of my children in their pediatric and adolescent years. Her and her staff treated me with kindness and respect and she was very helpful with explaining to me medications and shots that my children needed through-out their teenage years. She kept me up-to-date with the latest vaccines for their wellness. She is truly one of the best.

This was the worst Pediatric office I have ever been in. I went over there to see how my grand niece was doing and to take my niece and my grandniece to a late breakfast. They had been in the waiting room 3.5 hours waiting and had not yet been waited on. The floor was filthy and dirty and the waiting room space was far to small and not child friendly for the amount of people in that office. Above all else the administrator and the receptionist was snappy and rude. They had a whole bowl of candy-

Dr. Yakubu is an awesome doctor. She is mild yet firm with children. She talks to the patient to find out what's going on with them. Her office is sometimes very busy, so there ma be a bit of a wait.
