I have been seeing Dr. Streeten for years. I have a severe calcium deficiency and other endocrine issues. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't be doing as well as I am. I have never had a calcium seizure and my deficiency hasn't progressed. I believe she's partially retired, but she makes time to see me. I highly recommend her if she has the time to see you.

I saw Dr. Steeten 20 years ago for my Type 1 Diabetes. She was perhaps one of the most discouraging health care providers I have ever encountered. She told me that getting pregnant was going to make me blind and that she would not recommend it at all. I have since had only positive relationships with my excellent physicians. What she said to me was damaging but thankfully I had the wisdom to get a second opinion. I am a healthy mom to four beautiful, healthy children. (34 years with Type 1)

Dr. Streeten is top notch. She is respectful and extremely thorough in her work ups. I went to see her in 2013. She ordered blood tests based on my history. Results revealed that I had a precancerous plasma cell condition that can lead to multiple myeloma. She sent me a very kind note and referred me to an expert in that field who has closely monitored me for the last 3 years. She is excellent at what she does and I will always be grateful.
