Worst doctor ever!
Dr Ramos is the most unprofessional, rude, impatient doctor I have ever seen. She even yelled at me because I have laryngitis and was unable to speak. Although I showed her my very recent negative covid test she automatically said I had covid and sent me to Urgent Care. Urgent care did all necessary Screenings and I had Mono, not Covid. Dr. Ramos She has no “bedside manner” and her expertise borders on malpractice. Do not use this doctor!

First visit was great. Every appointment for general check ups after that or anything extra is horrible. She makes everything so difficult. Will not call you or answer the phone directly, constantly relaying messages through her office staff - a great game of phone tag! I even visited the office in person to see if it would be simpler to get the information I needed in person - turns out it was as useless ("she's not in at the moment"). Also would like to note that I chose this doctor because it appeared she was affiliated to Weill Cornell, this wasn't true as the practice is run under Northwell Health. Looking for a new doctor.

She’s the best primary physician I have ever had in my life. Responsive to calls, thorough and found the root of my issue on the first visit even though I had seen another physician for years and he had not identified the issue. He even prescribed a medication that contributed to my issue. Dr Ramos is fantastic and I’m highly satisfied. I’ve recommended Dr Ramos to family and friends which is a testament in itself!

Rude and condescending. Treated me like a mental patient when I asked for a refill of sleeping pill medication. Was given a flu shot, then informed by her office that it wasn't good and I had to come back. Then they ran out. For a routine physical, she ordered tests that were not covered by my insurance, resulting in my being billed for hundreds of dollars. Then, stopped taking my insurance suddenly, without bothering to inform me. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Elizabeth Ramos is an excellent doctor. She doesn't miss a thing. I've gone to Dr. who are so sweet and nice, but basically are useless. Dr. Ramos is feisty but thorough. If you have a health problem, she will reveal it. She also has an array of excellent specialist that she will refer you to.

I agree with the other reviews. Doctor is rude and condescending. Bedside manner horrible. I should have read the reviews before I made an appointment. Her Tone and Manner disappointing. There are many choices for healthcare. Clearly she does not care if she loses patients. I will get my test results and won't be back. She prides herself on taking patients "on time" not on patients' concerns about her attitude!

Dr. Ramos is direct and to the point. It might come off as rude but NO! She is thorough and caring. My first visit with her was last week and I had a few symptoms she was concerned about. Her team found me a Neurologist that took my insurance on the same day. She tested me for everything she could think of that fit my symptoms and she explained why she was having these labs done. I left her office feeling like my concerns were heard. I have already recommended her to family/friends.

I have been her patient for over 15 years. She is professional and thorough. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see her. She responds timely to questions (via online medical chart). Dr. Ramos also has a great referral network. I have been happy with every other doctor she has referred me to.

I was a patient of Dr. Ramos in the 90's. I recently ran across her name, I was curious to know if she was still practicing. Well I have to say from some of the reviews, she is still just as rude as she was back then. I was hospitalized after Dr. Ramos refused to see me, my condition was very serious I was in hospital over a week. This lady has the personality of a tick & not one you would want to look after your health. SHOCKED still a doctor. Rate from when I was patient..

I had an appointment with her today which I made sometime last week because I wasn't feeling well, some today when I got to the appointment I was still feeling sick when different symptoms and when I proceeded to tell her about how I was feeling today she cut me off said she was busy and that I would have to come back. What Doctor does that. I'm there why not listen to me, she's not treating me for free. Very disappointed.

If there were a rating option less than one star, I would have chosen it. I accompanied my aunt who recently had a broken hip, surgery and was in rehab. She had a bruise on her leg she and wanted a referral to a dermatologist. What she got was a doctor who never asked how she was, was condescending, rude and yelled at her. The staff is equally rude. Other doctors who required a referral could not get any cooperation from the office staff. Stay away from this doctor.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience with this doctor. She's very condescending and rude when speaking to her patients and judging from other reviews I'm not the only person that has experienced this. I visited her for a routine physical which should be pretty simple. During the visit without my asking she gave me a flu vaccine resulting in my getting a $90 charge which I had to then dispute with my insurance company. Why would anyone get a flu vaccine at the doctor when they cost $20 at CVS?
