Patient Comments (2)
I felt I wasn't listened to. She was on the computer the whole time. Once I had a small piece of paper in my hand on which I had written a few things I wanted to discuss with her. She grabed that paper right out of my hand and then just skimmed across the things I wanted to talk to her about, more in depth. I had a lot of medical issues and am on Social Security Disability. That riht there I believe should make me a patient who wants her attention. I paid a co-pay to get to see her. No recommend

Length of time getting Rx refills called in is unacceptable. Must confirm any procedure with my dentist which delays treatment and pain relief.
