I scheduled my son a visit to your office for his millia skin condition on his face. This was the third visit for this condition. The 2 previous visits went well and I paid a $25 copay. This time i checked my son out of school and brought him to take off a few more for pictures on Saturdays homecoming dance. Dr. Jacobson came in and I told her of his condition and she said that insurance wouldn’t pay for it due to being cosmetic. I get that but the previous two visits it was never relayed to me. This time though Dr. Jacobson made clear it would be $375.00 out of pocket! I explained to her that no one told me that insurance wouldn’t pay for it. So, I told her no I’m not paying that which actually would end up being $425.00 as I have a $50 copay with the specialist! So, this could have been handled differently. I think she should have gone ahead and taken the Millia off as did the practitioner twice before since it was her office that should have informed me before I made the appointment

Attentive review and prescribing for condition
I was able to get in with Dr Jacobson quickly due to a breakout of poison ivy/oak which had gotten out of control. Dr. was able to examine and prescribe medications to attack the allergic services. Appreciate her attentiveness to my questions !

Awesome experience
Dr. Jacobson was so kind to help my 11yo son at the end of her long day! After he sustained a face laceration, she quickly eased his fears and sewed up his forehead beautifully!

Excellent Dermatologist
Dr Jacobson removed a cyst near my left eye, which tested Squamous Cell cancer. She did the excision with no pain and initiated conversation to insure calm during the procedure.

Can you give a 20 instead of a 10? And, is there something greater than Excellent? After I left the office I sent a message to my family saying I just visited the best physician's practice I have ever been too. I was greeted very warmly and friendly when I entered. I waited maybe 5 minutes to see the doctor. Once I got to the exam room, Dr. Jacobson came to the room about 2 minutes later. She was friendly, thorough, explained everything she was doing and what my issues were. She never seemed rushed and her assistant was also very friendly and courteous. Check out was fast, and again, super, super friendly. Overall, I have never had a better experience going to see a physician. I do hope that the practice gets to see these comments because whatever Dr. Jacobson and her team are doing, other practices need to learn how to provide as pleasant a patient experience that I had yesterday.

The first time I met her she was very caring and very professional. I was suffering with something for which I went to three doctors for and they didn’t know what was going on. As soon I she saw what was going on she was able to comfort me and let me know what was wrong then treated it. I definitely would go back again and again.

My mid-morning visit lagged our appointment time about 15 minutes. Very progressive check in and record updating. Dr. was extremely pleasant and professional; caring about overall health not just the cosmetic part. Rescheduled next visit during check-out and looking forward to it.

I had an abnormal place to develop on my neck and I called one day and she was able to see me the next day. I waited 5 minutes and she diagnosed it within a moment. She was very professional and she “shined “. I was very thankful that her diagnosis was correct and the place on my neck has disappeared. I highly recommend her.
