Dr. Dale's Care Philosophy

Compassion and mutual respect are the foundations of good patient care. I work with my patients to determine the most appropriate, individualized treatment available and strive to develop strong, long-term relationships that allow us to make health care decisions as a team. In addition to providing traditional care for the management of glaucoma, I incorporate and implement the most cutting-edge surgical techniques available, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. As the daughter of a physician, I recognized early on the important role the doctor-patient relationship plays in delivering quality care over the long term, and I look forward to developing such relationships with each of my patients.
