Dr. Andes was a wonderful primary care doctor! She was thorough and always had time to listen to your needs. It is unfortunate that she retired, but I totally understand and wish her the very best retirement!

I came to see Dr Andes 2 weeks after my son passed away. I was looking to be prescribed antidepressants as well as receive counseling for weight loss. I found dr. Andes demeanor to be rude and she made a remark about my son that I felt was inappropriate. After the remark I started crying and she just kept going on and on. Then when I was leaving her office I remembered that I had saw her some 30 years ago when she was employed by Prime Health. Her demeanor was exactly the same, hurtful and rude.

Dr. Andes is a wonderful doctor.! She listens intently to what you have to say and really looks at your records to make sure she is not missing something. She has a great sense of humor and always is a delight to see. If you have something that comes up, it is easy to get an appointment either that day or next. I would recommended her as a primary care doctor to everyone!

She missed a lump in my breast at an annual exam, and one week later I FOUND ONE. It was cancer and I have undergone 2 surgeries so far, and radiation in a few weeks.

Dr. Andes is an excellent physician. She is considerate, thorough, and professional. She never talks down to the patient, takes time to explain the "what and why" in language the lay person can understand. She can also be firm when action is needed to be taken to get the health results desired. She does not prescribe pills willy nilly at needless cost to the patient. Needless tests are not performed. Treatment options, when available, are offered.

Dr. Andes is a good listener! She takes time to hear you explain what is wrong. She asks appropriate questions to make sure she knows all of your symptoms. She requests tests if needed and gives referrals if needed. She is pleasant and yet down to business. She gives you her complete attention. I am very glad she's my doctor!

I like Dr.Andes as a person... she seem very nice - but as a treating physician she overlooks the problem. After following up with her from an emergency room visit, she told me I just had a cold and to take over the counter meds. Every time I see her for an illness, she always recommend over the counter meds (that I have already tried) and says come back in 6 weeks - I can be dead by then...I don't think she take illnesses seriously.
