Warning! Dr Anderson"s office does not support Christian organizations! Today (mid-treatment) they refused to file my IN-network insurance because it is a "ministry organization". I have been going to her several years & my insurance has always paid in a timely manner. I always paid what was not covered. They always got their money. I miss the days of doctors treating PEOPLE instead of caring more about insurance & money. I work in healthcare & understand all the details. I strive to treat my patients as people & give quality care. I have never refused to file an insurance claim for a patient! I will be supporting a doctor with Christian ethics.

Dr. Anderson is a very kind & competent. However, she is continuously expanding her practice, going from a small office with good staff to cold sterile bldg where u feel more like cattle than patient. New staff is more like a sorority than professionals: extremely rude, dismissive and incompetent, making frequent errors & deflecting blame. Now using one of the problematic third party billing companies that are horrible. Wait for an appt is 6 months, and countlesss errors by staff. Go elsewhere
