The receptionist made it clear beforehand what my out of pocket costs would be. When I met with Dr. Stephan he took the time to get to know the situation, listened, examined, and made a plan going forward. He was willing to work with my schedule. I highly recommend him.

Worse practice ever. They are all about money
Run the other way. Worse service ever. I tried to make an appt as I was seen slightly over 3 years ago. Some how they stated they didn't have my information but they were able to see when I was last seen. SMH! They didn't want to schedule my appt without getting my insurance information first then call me back if i was accepted to schedule. As someone who works in Healthcare for over 15 years makes my feel a little concerned. Are they just trying to see how good my benefits are to use me for my insurance before they accept me as she said? What's to accept ive been seen before. You obviously have my records. Front desk has no customer service etiquette. She acts like she runs and owns the place. I had to find another endo because if I have to spend a dime on a doctor I sure want to make sure I feel worthy and not as if they are paying me to put up with that attitude. They need to be reported. This is a numbers game to them not patient care. Once I saw all the previous reviews I realized

been waiting over a month for one appointment, no response from him and his team. If you are not taking patients simply state it out during the first call. Why do yall waste patients' time and effort?

Very friendly. Dr Stephan is very patient and doesn’t jump to conclusions. Ask questions and answers questions freely. Had a bit of a wait but that was because of his concern for the patient ahead of us the same as he had for us.

I am gettign ready for surgery and thought I would come in to see Dr. Stephan before having the surgery but when I called to schedule, they refused beause they say I owe them 10.00 for them having to write a script that they failed to renew during my last office visit then failed to write correctly, not once, but three times after that.

after making a great deal of effort to be at my appointments on time, there was always an hours wait in the waiting room and another hour in the exam room before seeing the Dr. for less than 15 minutes. This wait time imposed a great hardship and eventually I had to quit this Dr. for that reason.

I have been going to Dr. Stephan for about a year and a half. I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff and they have responded to any requests in a timely manner. While it is true that I always have to wait, I don't mind waiting for a provider who gives me as much time as I need to ask questions and get very good care- a very rare find these days! Dr Stephan is very meticulous and kind. I feel very fortunate to have found him.
