On January 16th, my daughter and I accompanied my husband to a routine eye appointment with Dr. Eileen Lilley, scheduled for 11:15am. At check in, my husband asked if appointments were running on time and the receptionist said yes. It was well over 2 hours before my husband met with the doctor...more
