I was born and raised in Hong Kong. I attended University of Southern California for my undergraduate study. After I finished my medical school in The Albert Einstein College of Medicine, I came back to California for my post-graduate medical training at West Los Angeles VA Medical Center in Internal Medicine. Internal Medicine is my specialty. Gastroenterology and Hepatology are my subspecialties, which I receive my training at UCLA and USC, respectively. I have been practicing medicine since 1993. I love to meet people from different backgrounds that we can share life together. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family, reading, traveling and gardening.

Every patient is unique. Nothing is bothersome in medicine. I strongly believe caring starts with a mutual trust between the patient and the doctor. The way to start building the trust is to get to know each other. As a physician, I want to be a friend to my patients. I will earn your trust that we try to solve the medical condition encountered together as a team.
