Dr. Tyson oversteps his bounds as a doctor in an attempt to be a therapist. This causes the appointment to run much longer than intended and also caused an unwanted increase in charge per appointment. Dr. Tyson cares tremendously about his patients. He will spend two hours every apt. with us. He is gently, he never makes the patient feel the disorder is his/her fault, in fact he is adamant with them that it is absolutely not their fault.
