He's the best doctor I've ever had, for anything. I literally trust him with my life. He always talks with me as if he had all day just for me, and he explains things so I actually do whatever he says to do! I think everyone else feels the same, because it takes a while to get in to see him! But it's worth the wait.

As a patient of Dr. Scanlon for over ten plus years, I am surprised by some of the negative reviews. Dr. Scanlon is patient, kind, through, and listens to what you say. The only reason why there is sometimes a long wait is because he is so thorough. If you want a doctor who cares and listens, Dr. Scanlon is a great choice. If you want someone who pushes you through an assembly line and gets you out in five minutes, he is not the right choice. I choose to go to Dr. Scanlon and am willing to wait because I know the people ahead of me must have needed the extra help. He is a top doctor both in the office and in the hospital.

My wife who was very sick was left in a room until she almost ran out of oxygen. She had a 4:00 appointment and we were respectful enough to show up early. At 5:30 she was told he was with another patient and another ahead of her. We left. I was raised that being on time is a sign of respect. She certainly did not receive any respect for her illness or time.
