The Dr. had to redo a knee and hip that other Dr. didn't get it right...He did. It's been two years since the last surgery and the knee and hip are better than I could wish for.

Dr. McPherson is AMAZING! He is so caring of his patients. He is a genuine, down to earth person that makes me feel as if I were family. I can say the same about Sue. She is sooooo sweet and caring. I love the way everyone in the Ridgecrest office interacts with the patients AND each other. I LOVE THEM ALL! Thank you for ALWAYS taking THE best care of me and giving me back my high quality of life! I also want to mention the staff at St. Vincent Medical Center. I have NEVER had better care.

Thanks to the egotistical Dr. Frankenstein (mcpherson), I will no longer walk normal or ever be without constant pain. Don't get too impressed with his binder of photos of previous surgeries (ask HOW MANY OF THEM TURNED OUT AS PROMISED). He put in a hip prosthetic that was too long and added a claw to it to hold the detached greater trochantor in place. Because of the wrong length the flaw came loose and so did the greater trochantor. Now the claw is loose and catches on ? muscle, tendons and has

My mom and I have both had hip replacements by Dr. McPherson. Mine were both done in 2011 and my mom's revision was done in 2010. We can't say enough great things about him. He's so sweet and attentive, not to mention very experienced and highly qualified! My mom is 89 and is now in need of a knee replacement and we didn't think twice of going back to him for this surgery.

The best hip Specialist ever. I've had 4 surgeries. One for a break 2 replacements and one revision. I was very challenged for 7 years until I met Dr McPherson. My right hip had been replaced but was still painful after 5 years. Dr McPherson replaced my left hip and in four month I was thrilled with the movement. He agreed to revise my right hip also and now after a year I can walk run climb or whatever. I love you Dr McPherson. You saved my quality of life. Thank you.

My 69 year old Mom desperately needs hip revision surgery from a faulty operation 2 years ago. Dr McPherson was recommended to her. His visit will cost her a whopping $700 out of pocket (as her health plan won't pay). It's been cancelled & re-scheduled 4 times in 4 months, 1-2 days before the appt. His staff is detached & unapologetic. (My Dad who died last year, was a Dr who never would've done this to a patient, whether to a Dr's wife or not.) Don't bother with rude, ill-mannered Dr McPherson.

I was fortunate to find Dr McPherson two years ago. After a hip dislocation which resulted in a extensive infection the Doctor took my case and after an 8 hr surgery my left leg was saved. In the three months of my hospital stay I had many discussions with the Doctor. They were all met with compassion. He answered all of my questions and looked in on me everyday. My husband and I were impressed with the exceptional care i received. His follow up visits still continue including proper nutrition.
