Extremely caustic bedside manner. No doctor should make you feel small for asking a question. Dr. Mansour seemed to make sport of humiliating others, brought new meaning to Sports Medicine. No need for X-Rays now, I feel like a walking skeleton, stripped, exposed, devoid of human dignity. This man should reconsider his choice of profession, doctors are supposed to heal, not hurt. Sticks and stones may break my bones, but you, Dr. Mansour, added insult to injury. Get some help, sir.
Mr. McGee, We take pride in the care of our patients and if you truly had this experience, we need to know why and some specifics so that we can fix the problem. Please call our office at your next convenience so that we can address all of your concerns. We would never want anyone we cared for to ever feel this way or anything similar. We will do everything in our power to make this right. Sincerely, Dr. Mansour
