I was willing to give him the benefit of a doubt and visit despite the negative reviews. In fact, I went to 3 appointments. He was brusque and straightforward, which I generally prefer, but was 45 minutes late (for an early morning appt.) and spent my appt time telling me of anger with staff,...Read More

He spent less than 15 minutes with me during my initial appointment. During this time he did most of the talking, interrupted me, ignored me, answered a text on his phone, told me to stop my medication, and sent me on my way. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful.

I agree with the person who said Dr. Letourneau is horrible. Thats puting it mildly. He is beyond rude and unprofessional and insensitive. The best thing about seeing him is leaving his office. His nurse Nancy was very kind and compassionate.
