This practice is over booked. I went three times and waited over one hour every time, this is unacceptable and inconsiderate. I will go elsewhere.

Office is allways delayed. Most of the time by one hour. They never tell you when you arrive that you will wait 1hr. Its rude to make people sit there and not let them know. Office delays happen so routinely here that they should fix the process stop overbooking...and treat patients with respect

An excellent experience. Broke my thumb skiing over a weekend -- Dr. Haas saw me on a Monday and immediately changed his plans to set up surgery that evening. Inserted 2 pins to stabilize the break. Saw me a week later to change the cast to a more manageable size. Had several more visits and physical therapy. Invariably professional and personally engaged, clearly technically competent. As great an experience as one can have with a broken thumb. A great surgeon and doctor.

Dr haas just did surgery on my husband I left pre op at 10:15 at 12:40 I was told he was on his way back to his room not one surgeon came out to speak to me poor manners!! The mystery surgeon? I was in waiting room from 9am to 12:45 never left once!

Dr Haass is personable and easy to talk to. He explains things on your level and takes time to answer all of your questions. Does not rush to surgery and tries other methods to help. Only prob is when he is giving shots he doesnt ask how you are doing and sometimes it is frightful for people to get shots. I have refered him to others.
This is the kind of doctor who is standing up, not listening as he flat out ignores you and starts walking out the door while you're trying to ask him serious questions about your condition. I already had a diagnosis from two previous doctors, but he made me undergo all these unnecessary tests and charged my insurance company a fortune. Of course, the tests showed that the other Dr's were right. I figured I could trust him because he was the Dr, but be careful who you trust. See anybody but him.
Was told 3 day recovery, try more like 6 weeks. I had to almost beg for more time off work due to being in so much pain. Had trigger finger with cyst removal. Doctor didn't communicate well with what his plan was, I only found out when getting note from office. I felt this was a workers comp case but he wasn't looking out for me. I do data entry and wrench on my hands all day at work.
