About Me

Care Philosophy

People are somewhat fearful when they hear that they may need a spine operation. When you discuss what the options are, you sort of educate them on what the outcomes of the procedures you're recommending offer - what the success rates is, what risks ...

I could not have received better care anywhere else. Dr. Goldberg always has time to discuss my symptoms and recovery progress. He and his staff are incredibly punctual, and I believe that his skill set gave me about the best quality of life that I could expect after my multiple surgeries from my fall. I still face many challenges, but am thrilled with the care I receive. I would and do recommend Dr. Goldberg to everyone who needs someone to trust. He’s never in a hurry, and genuinely cares about his patients.

Very pleasant and concerned about my condition. Gave me medication which relieved me of the inflammation which was causing extreme pain. Also sent me to therapy and was given exercises to help strengthen my lower back. I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Goldberg. His PA gave me her direct number to call if needed. Extremely professional experience.

Dr. Goldberg has provided excellent care and followup. At my initial appointment I was able to arrange a date for surgery. My stenosis has been repaired. I have recommended Dr. Goldberg to my wife and friends. All appointments handled promptly and all questions answered. My recovery from surgery was quick. A year ago I could hardly walk without pain. Now I am able to play two hour sessions of tennis three days a week. During the summer Golf one or two times a week.

Dr. Goldberg saved my life nine years ago when he performed my Hemilaminectomy/Discectomy. He was informative, listened to all of my concerns and explained his plan with me thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and really made me feel so comfortable. I was able to have my life back and finally be pain free. There is not another surgeon that I would trust with my any back issued. He is an amazing surgeon!

I had a 9:30 appt. and Dr. Goldberg and his PA spent time explaining my issue and my options to resolve it. His recommendation was to avoid surgery but he emphasized that the nerves are in good shape and that I was not in danger of neurological damage with my condition. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor and his staff, it was a very pleasant experience and I feel very comfortable with the outcome. I was out of the office by 10am!

Outstanding experience - after close to 24 months of pain, PT, pain treatments and medication surgery was my last option. Dr. Goldberg and his team were empathetic, supportive, educational and the surgery went off without a hitch. My expectations were very well managed re: the surgery and recovery. And the relief was near immediate. I cannot recommend them more highly.
