In 1998 I had knew I had severely torn up my ankle in an accident. I couldn't seek care for 4 1/2 months due to responsibilities of caring for senior parent's needs first. I just wore an over the counter immobilizing ankle brace and hobbled around. I presented to Dr Garr giving him the challenge of now an old injury. Two ligaments were completely torn and the 3rd was partially torn. Outpatient surgery, 6 weeks of a cast. It's 2017 and I never have any problems since Dr Garr fixed my ankle.

Years ago, I went to Garr for footsurgery. I had taken my son to Tslasnik who was wonderful. Garr performed the surgery twice and wanted to do it a third time. Hammertoe surgery on the 4th and 5th toe on each foot.. Actress Terri Garr is his sister. This was in the early 90s. I probably curse him 4 or 5 times a week. What a incompetent do tor. Stay clear..
