Horrible staff scheduling...last wait over 1 1/2 hours...schedule everyone at same time..happened once before but I decided (my bad) to give it another try....you are left in a closed room...no one provides updates on why the long wait...apologize, offer a drink, whatever...if you decided to go to the office bring a big book - War and Peace, Dr. Zhivago....seriously, unfortunate that any physician allows his supposedly valuable patients to be treated in this way

Dr. Bieber is the kind of doctor you can trust. He worked with me through my medical situation, conservatively narrowing down the options until I was healed without needing surgery. He took time to listen to me, and to explain what was happening with my situation.
in Rockville, MD |
I called his office because of severe hand pain and they were able to fit me in for an appointment the next day. At my appointment, I was called back to an examining room within minutes of completing the electronic check-in and met first with an assistant. After an x-ray of my hand, Dr. Bieber examined my hand and provided treatment options. I was pleasantly surprised at the promptness of the care. Dr. Bieber was courteous and thorough.

Had two shoulder surgeries that were both complete failures. Everytime I went in, the pain I was experiencing was brushed off as insignificant. After he finally got in there, both my labral repairs were classified as one of the worst surgeries he had performed. Both surgeries fell apart (all anchors) as has been confirmed by my new surgeon who finally fixed me after years of pain. Bieber is about business, not making sure his patients are in good hands. His bed side Manor is pathetic.

Good doctor, horrible office, wait time is always well over an hour. Same story every time--there are emergencies. Come at 7am if you want to go right in. I can't, I'm at work by then....
in Potomac, MD |
Dr Beiber performed an Ulnar Nerve Decompression on my Elbow. Shortly after the surgery, my Ulnar Nerve began to jump out of the wider channel that he created. This caused excruciating pain. When I went back to see he him for a follow up and show him what was happening, his response was “there is nothing I can do”. His response was based on the fact that he couldn’t get any more money from my insurance company. I would not let this hack cut anyone again.
in Olney, MD |
Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills. Performed surgery on my torn Right Rotator Cuff last Friday. He was extremely professional before & after surgery. He explained what to expect before & after the procedure. Put me at ease by cracking a joke which shoulder is it... Well you choose the correct one:...Started Physical Therapy 4 days after procedure... and guess what..He was in PT waiting to exam my progress! I never had that level of concern, professionalism & talent!
in New York, NY |
He treats humans like dirt. Amazing because he has a personality like a rock.
in Germantown |
He is very professional and always wants to help people...
