Dr. Ashman has replaced both of my shoulders and I could not be happier with the outcome from both surgeries. His technical skill is flawless and his "bedside manner" is warm and caring. While we don't run in the same social circles, I consider him good friend. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing shoulder surgery, Roger Kaplan

Had shoulder surgery and physical therapy last year and still cannot lift or use my arm. I get the impression that he doesn't care about his patients.

Dr.Ashman seemed nice enough. His staff on other hand is ridiculous. If you need anything in a timely contact a different orthopedic surgeon. Over week and half on two different occasions for them to call back and then Two weeks for the surgery scheduler to call back. I went with a different surgeon after walking around in pain for so long

I found Dr Ashman MD Surgeon to be the consumate professional, He and His staff were very personable and caring even took the time to discuss His medical interactions with Pro Tennis the NFL Giants and Redskins etc I was very pleased with His care and in understanding His Diagnosis of My problem, Kudos to Dr Ashman and His staff for a job well done, He exceeds many other Doctors I have seen in the past. I would highly recommend Him to other patients without any hesitation, Visit on 5/24/18

Bad surgeon, I went to Ashman for a torn rotator, did the surgery process but he failed to fix the problem didn't do anything but deburring, left the tear so I had to go through the surgery again with another Nevada Orthopedic and Spine. Another failed attempt. They heard you in and out like cattle at office visits and in the surgery room. Sadly this is what the Affordable Care Act has done to our previously great health care system.

I don't know how is it possible for this office to deny a walk in ( established patient ) when a child is in pain and had ACL Surgery a couple of months ago. We requested to see Dr. Ashman since he did the surgery but we were willing to see anyone who can check patients swollen knee but we were denied. Horrible service .

I went to see Dr. Ashman. He is ok. His bedside manner could be improved. Only seen him once, will never go back. His office staff, rude, his surgery scheduler rude. Dr Ashman said he had no problem doing the surgery on my shoulder. Gave him all the reports, films, everything he needed. But his surgery side kick would not schedule surgery for me because she said I needed a Primary Doctor. For what, I don't know. These Doctors have no idea how their offices are being ran. Horribly, that's how.

Waited 4 months for an appointment. Doctor came in and immediately said that he recommended a previously tried treatment that had only exacerbated the problem. When asked for the reasoning behind this recommendation the doctor threw a temper tantrum, said he wouldn't treat the patient and left the room. Total time spent with the doctor was less than 5 minutes.

Don't bother. He and his staff think they are too good for you. Overheard him talking about a patient he "clearly knew was a scammer." Treated me the upmost disrespect and childish manner, nothing but a number and dollar signs.

I am a caregiver for John and I am/was so happy with the way DR Ashman treated John. He saved John's life, with the operation on his hip. Otherwise it would have been a death sentence for John. DR Ashman gives time to explain everything. A great bed side manner. God bless DR Ashman
