Worst surgeon I ever had in my entire life. There is no enough space to describe how bad he is. But I will give him -5*****! I guess one will do for now. The only this is nice is he's staffing and installations.

Dr. Alfrey is professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain (and draw!) my condition and treatment options. I trust him one hundred percent and would recommend him to all my family members. He is a kind and compassionate doctor.

Having experienced Dr. Alfrey's surgical skills and his patient interaction manners, I would like to say that if one has to go under the knife, then you want Dr. Alfrey holding the scalpel. His work can be compared to a medical artist. He probably saved my life through open chest surgery this past December. Both pre-op and post-op, his attention to my needs, availability, and willingness to explain everything was greatly appreciated. What a fine medical professional!

I was admitted to Marin General after experiencing abdominal pain, and Dr Alfrey was assigned as my surgeon. He performed a complicated 4 hour surgery to remove a mass from my pelvis and I spent 5 days in the hospital. I'm still recuperating, but believe the surgery was successful because of his skill as a surgeon. The main thing I'll say about Dr Alfrey is that he was emotionally invested in my care and recovery and my family and I are so grateful.
