With great respect to Dr. Tovar for saving my brother Ruben's life due to his heart attack. He's recovering very well great. Big thanks to staff and team at the PIH Whittier Hospital. Not to mention he is a very handsome gentleman Amen God bless??????

Dr Tovar is an excellent surgeon. His staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. He is in the perfect field of medicine.

He saved my life!!! I had a emergency dissection of my aorta I am forever greatful for this man amazing soul thank you so much Dr.Tovar !!!
