Worst doctors appointment I've ever experienced. She didn't read my blood work thoroughly. She didn't wash her hands when in the room. She basically didn't help in any way and I feel like I wasted my time and money. I will not go back to her. She was hard to understand. When I handed her my vitamins to see what was in them she didn't really look at them thouroughly. My white blood count is low and she said that's probably just normal for you. No one changed the paper on the exam table. Not again

Dr. Rodriguez is dismissive and rude. She obviously didn't read my chart. She asked about my periods. I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago. She then asked about spotting?! Yeah, I still don't have a uterus. She is difficult to understand. Her bedside manner is atrocious.

Gave me orders for a DEXA. As a new patient I asked her where I should have this done. She said to go to the same place I had it done last time, which was at Presbyterian. This was in July. It is now December. My insurance will not pay for the test since I was not referred to a Lovelace radiologist. Rodriquez denies she sent me to the wrong place. I have had to pay out of pocket over $332 for this test. Her office rep was short, unconcerned, and rude. Said "Fine" to my discontent of Dr.

She is now a PCP at Lovelace. After a heart attack they referred me to her. She has my records from another state, but, without warning, after seeing me for 3 months, refused to refill some prescriptions, which I have been taking for years. She referred me to specialists instead, but will not give enough to last me until they take over. She ignored my concern over a skin growth, called it a blister. I went to a dermatologist myself; biopsy showed it abnormal, possible sign of other disease.

Wouldn't respond to my pharmacy requests to renew prescriptions, that caused me to be off my medications for up to two weeks. moved office location and didn't tell me where the new office was so I missed the appointment.
