Dr. Robertson is my wife's new (6 months) neurologist treating her relapsing multiple sclerosis, we have had many doctors over the years and none have been as competent, caring and impressive as he has been.

If you are referred to Dr. Robertson, RUN, don't walk. I've met a lot of physicians in my life, but he is a piece of work, and not in a good way. Rude, dismissive, condescending, and, without talking to me, put an extremely derogatory note on my chart which I am demanding my primary remove. It was offensive and uncalled for. He walked out of the first (and only) appointment when I wasn't done speaking! He dismissed important facts and ordered no tests. He did not return phone calls, either.

Seeing this Doctor was a total waste of time. He didn't take my symptoms seriously. Talked about things unrelated. He said that some of my issues were just from getting old!! I'm 50 not 80! Basically said that he recommended no tests, treatment or follow up. He told me to wait and get a few more headaches and then decide what I wanted to do...What??? Stay away from this doctor who should retire!!

Went in for a concussion. When I tried to discuss cognitive processing issues he told me "well, women aren't really good at math." Extremely inappropriate statement or joke, and then he did not address my question. He wasn't able to sufficiently answer any of my questions regarding treatment of symptoms, and minimized the migraine headaches I have been getting as just an inconvenience. I would never recommend this practice!

I started seeing Dr. Robertson when I was transferred to him from my child neurologist. Dr. Robertson never once had me have an MRI, or EEG even after my seizures had gotten worse. Anytime I ended up in the ER due to having a seizure they would ask who my doctor was and I would say him they would tell me to find a new doctor. It got to the point I was having 8 seizures a day and he did nothing for me I ended up being accepted to MGH seizures are controlled with meds. I would never refer him!
