      4/15/2016 Review

      Dear Paul,

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. You saw one of our other ophthalmologists (not Dr. Kadrmas) who is no longer with our practice. Regardless, we are sorry to hear that your experience with our practice did not live up to your standards or ours and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your feedback with you. Should you be willing, please call our office at 508-746-8600 and ask to speak with our office manager. We would like to work with you to sort this out and assist you with your eye care needs. We hope you will give us a second chance. Please know that our goal is always to provide top-quality patient and eye care.

      Sincerely,

      Kadrmas Eye Care New England

I was very impressed with this office from the time I called and scheduled my appointment to when I first met the staff and the doctor. I found them all to be very pleasant and professional!
      in East Wareham, MA |
assigned me to his least experienced associate. Wasn't able to do routine tests during initial visit causing a series of appointments apparently designed to maximize their revenue. Didn't review my records (weren't aware that they existed) though I had told them 2x that the reason for the visit was to compare current test w/previous, didn't schedule follow-up appointment for office near my home, kept waiting forever w/no information about why or when I'd actually be seen. And more.

      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
