Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. You may have seen one of our other ophthalmologists (not Dr. Kadrmas) who is no longer with our practice. Regardless, we are sorry to hear that your experience with our practice did not live up to your standards or ours and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your feedback with you....

I was very impressed with this office from the time I called and scheduled my appointment to when I first met the staff and the doctor. I found them all to be very pleasant and professional!
in East Wareham, MA |
assigned me to his least experienced associate. Wasn't able to do routine tests during initial visit causing a series of appointments apparently designed to maximize their revenue. Didn't review my records (weren't aware that they existed) though I had told them 2x that the reason for the visit was to compare current test w/previous, didn't schedule follow-up appointment for office near my home, kept waiting forever w/no information about why or when I'd actually be seen. And more.
